稽古始めの件

下記日程にて本年度の稽古を開始いたします。

日時：２０１３年１月１６日（水） １８：３０ - ２０：００ ※ 通常どおり
内容：

１．剣棒

 (1) 表之型（真）
 (2) 裏之型（行）

２．投技及び受身

本年も稽古中の怪我・事故等無い様に、まずは受身を重視した稽古を行おうと思います。
小乱等からいくつか適度な投技をピックアップし、受け側に重点を置いた稽古にしたいと思います。

Genpukan will be opened on 2013/01/16 and this is the first practice of this year.
I hope all members have no injuaries and accidents on our practice in this year.
At first, we will have a practice forcus on Ukemi at this time.
